  • Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Items returned in a used or damaged state will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

  • If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it promptly.
